We provide customers with new value and satisfaction by meeting various customers' needs at offices, factories, and home through manufacturing. Beginning with the "Chain-stitch sewing machine for the production of straw hats," all the products that Brother has created represent the value creation which we have been pursuing. With the "At your side." spirit in mind, always placing its customers first, the Brother Group continues creating superior value by sincerely listening to customers' opinions and passing down Brother's DNA that confidently faces challenges. For over two decades, Brother has been a pioneer in the direct-to-garment industry. 20 years of research, design, and customer feedback has led us to the next evolution, the second generation of GTX printers, the GTXPRO B. Engineered specifically for high-volume print shops that run multiple shifts, the GTXPRO B features an advanced ink system, low running costs and production ready design. The GTXPRO B features an automated bulk feed system that agitates, filters, and degases the ink with no operator involvement. To reduce the running costs and reduce waste, the GTXPRO B circulates the white ink in four key areas, the ink tank, sub tank, ink lines, and white ink print head. Ink can be purchased in up to 18-liter container sizes, resulting in a lower cost per milliliter. The upgraded maintenance station includes an enhanced wet capping system that decreases automated cleaning times by 45%. Combining the new features of the advanced ink system, internal circulation in a white print head, upgraded maintenance station, and improvements to firmware operators can increase their production speed up to 20% and produce a high volume of prints through multiple shifts with ease. |
